All Sales Are Final Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a digital guide has been purchased and download access has been granted, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits.

Exceptions We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your guide, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at shakesandweights20@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue or issue a replacement.

Unauthorized or Fraudulent Charges If you believe you were charged in error or did not authorize a purchase, please contact us immediately at shakesandweights20@gmail.com. We will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue.
